Where am I?

Please note that we allow a MAXIMUM of 160 booths each year

All camp registrations received before December 3, 2021 will be included in the printed directory. Those registering after December 3 will be included in the addendum.   

Once registration is full, camps may sign up to be on the Waiting List by notifying the Fair Chairs of your desire to be placed on the waiting list.

Cancellation date for full refund is November 29, 2021. Partial refund (50%) may be given after November 29 only if your space is filled from our waiting list.

COMMUNITY TABLE - You may send  brochures to participate in our Community Table for $30. to register.  Click here to register.  If you have questions please click here to contact us about your participation in the community table.  

PLEASE NOTE: Sharing booths is prohibited unless both programs are affiliated with the same parent company or organization.

The registration fee for 2022 will again be $185 and includes breakfast, electricity and inclusion in the virtual fair.  A Lunch option is available at an additional cost. ONLY ONLINE CREDIT CARD AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AS PAYMENT. 
 You will receive an email confirmation when payment is received and your registration is complete. Please remember that booths are assigned in the order of PAYMENT RECEIVED. Your Exhibitor Packet will be sent via email 7-10 days prior to the Fair.
